Grief and Loss Therapy

Individual therapy is a way for a child, teenager, or adult to develop a set of goals intended to improve the quality of his or life. By developing a rapport with the therapist, the person is able to communicate at a level that is different from conversations with a friend, family member, or religious figure. Some of these areas that are frequently addressed in individual therapy include the following: relationships, self esteem, loss, abandonment, emotional regulation, problem solving, decision making, managing one's frustrations with others, healing from trauma, goal setting, self awareness, insight, and judgment. We look forward to helping you reach your fullest potential.
